Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 5 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. For orders over R300, delivery is free. For remote areas not serviced by our standard courier service, ID Spice Co.  will deliver via Post Office. In circumstances where the address is outside of any delivery areas,  ID Spice Co. will be in contact to arrange an alternative address.

ID Spice Co. will supply all goods to the courier company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the Customers chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Cancelled orders will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. ID Spice Co. reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. Should ID Spice Co. exercise this right, the Customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
